AIDR has produced the Major Incidents Report annually since 2017, detailing incidents identified as significant by the emergency management sector

Join us for a special webinar showcasing the Major Incidents Report and some of the incidents, experiences and lessons captured within it.

Alongside an overview of the report and its key themes, the webinar will feature a spotlight on the South Australian harmful algal bloom, providing insight into this unusual and complex incident and the experience of responding to its impacts.

Hear directly from people involved in recent events, explore lessons emerging from across the report, and consider what these experiences mean for emergency management and disaster resilience practice across Australia.
