AIDR Monitoring and Evaluation Plan finalised
AIDR conducted a series of stakeholder workshops from July to September this year to develop a Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Plan to guide AIDR’s program of work.
The purpose of the M&E Plan is to demonstrate AIDR’s impact over the next five years. The plan will complement existing program activity and output reporting to enable:
- an understanding and demonstration of outcomes and impact (contribution to disaster resilience)
- learning – for improvement and better decision making.
The M&E Plan was endorsed by the Department Home Affairs - Emergency Management Australia at the AIDR Governance meeting in October. AIDR held an online forum at the end of November to present the Plan and the Theory of Change to those involved in its development.
