AIDR Strategy Day 2022
In early March, the AIDR team attended an offsite strategy workshop facilitated by Clear Horizons.
Together, we reflected on the last 12 months and honed our focus for the year to come. We discussed the results of the AIDR stakeholder survey - what we are doing well, and what we could improve.
We checked in with the AIDR Service Statement: Our Approach 2021-24 and noted how we are progressing towards the end of strategy goals. The team discussed what has changed/is changing in the disaster resilience landscape and how it affects AIDR's goals and program of work.
To end the day, the AIDR team talked through our priorities for 2022 and beyond, and created an action plan to help achieve our goals.
