Emergency Management Volunteer Scholarships announced
The outcomes of the fifth and final round of the Emergency Management Volunteer Scholarship Program have been announced.
Application outcomes for the final round of the Emergency Management Volunteer Scholarship Program were announced 15 April 2019. Scholarship offers were made to 106 volunteers totalling over $600,000.
AIDR received a large number of high quality applications from a diverse range of volunteer roles and congratulates those who were successful in receiving an offer.
Scholarship offers have been made to volunteers from all states and territories, with funding supporting volunteers to undertake vocational and higher education qualifications in emergency and disaster management fields.
