Resilience Lane 2025 expression of interest

Expressions of interest are now closed.

AFAC25 powered by INTERSCHUTZ will once again feature 'Resilience Lane' in the conference Exhibition Hall. Resilience Lane is a space where not-for-profit and community-focussed organisations can showcase their work and services that strengthen community resilience. The cost of exhibiting in Resilience Lane is covered thanks to support from Help Nation, an NRMA Insurance initiative.

Resilience Lane will feature up to 22 exhibitors in 2025.

What's included

With the generous support of our sponsor, the main fees associated with participating in Resilience Lane will be covered. Participating organisations will be provided with:

A free exhibiting space within Resilience Lane (2m width x 3m depth)
A lockable cabinet for storage, with space to display promotional material on top.
Printed wall panels above the cabinet for the display of your artwork (artwork to be supplied by organisation)
- promotional artwork (panel dimensions to be supplied at later date)
Logo printed on Signage Panel above Space
- (logo to be supplied in print quality format .eps or.ai)
Two (2) exhibitor passes for use by staff to participate in Resilience Lane
- Roster system / ability to rotate personnel
- Staff passes include daytime catering and social functions (excl. Gala Dinner)
Furniture – an ottoman for attendees to sit and chat.
Power connection within each allocated exhibition space

What's not included

The following is not included, and will be the responsibility of Resilience Lane exhibitors to organise:

Public liability insurance, to the value of $20million. If you do not have public liability insurance, this is available to purchase for $237 + GST for the duration of the event.
Printing and supply of promotional material to be displayed within your Resilience Lane space, including freight.
Access to conference session streams associated with the conference – AFAC25, the Australian Disaster Resilience Conference (ADRC), Women and Fire Australasia Conference and the Institution of Fire Engineers National Conference.
Travel and accommodation to facilitate your participation in the event.
Additional furniture (we would suggest keeping to minimum to keep space uncluttered)
